Our orders are prepared in 1 to 3 working days, then dispatched. Delivery takes 4 to 8 working days. You can track your order in the "Track my order" section by entering your order number and the e-mail address used at the time of purchase.

Our parcels are designed to be delivered directly to your letterbox. If your letterbox is too small, or if the letter carrier can't deliver, your parcel can be held at the nearest post office. You can then collect it with a delivery note.

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately at support@italiancharms.fr so that we can change the address. If you have already received a shipping confirmation e-mail, it will unfortunately no longer be possible to change it.

Our bracelets and charms are made of stainless steel, which means they are water-resistant. However, to preserve their shine, avoid contact with sea salts, cosmetics and perfumes. If you wear them on the beach or in the shower, rinse them with clear water and dry them carefully after each exposure.

No, all our bracelets and charms are made of hypoallergenic, nickel-free stainless steel to minimize the risk of allergies.

Our bracelets are fully adjustable to fit any wrist. Simply add or remove links to obtain the ideal size.

Here's a guide to help you choose:

• Small wrist (14-15 cm) → 15-16 links
• Medium wrist (16-17 cm) → 17-18 links
• Large wrist (18-19 cm) → 19-20 links

Each added charm increases the size of the bracelet, so if you buy 17 charms, you get a complete bracelet straight away.

If you already own a compatible bracelet, you can order charms only. However, if you don't already have a bracelet, you'll need to add one to your order, unless you buy at least 17 charms. In that case, you'll be offered a blank bracelet with which to compose your own design!

Theadjustment tool is not mandatory, but strongly recommended. Adjusting links can be tricky without one, especially for beginners. It saves time and avoids damaging your bracelet while assembling it.

Our site is 100% secure. 

We protect your data with an HTTPS server and SSL certificate (green padlock to the left of the URL).

Most sites only secure bank transactions and order processing. At Italian Charms France, your data transfer and login information are secure and cannot be hacked or targeted by malware.

So you can shop with confidence.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay and other popular payment methods. However, Google Pay and PayPal are not available.

We offer a money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your jewelry, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. Once we have received the product and checked that it is in perfect condition (never worn), we will issue a full refund.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, and we request proof of shipment by e-mail. Jewelry on sale or offered is neither returned nor exchanged. If your order contained a bundle offer (e.g. a free bracelet for every 10 charms purchased), the entire bundle must be returned for a full refund.

Contact us at support@italiancharms.fr for return instructions. The item must be returned in its original condition.

Pack your jewel carefully, stick on the return slip and send it off. Once we've received and checked it, we'll process your refund.
