Our packages are designed to be delivered directly to your mailbox. If your mailbox is too small or the postman is unable to deliver, your package may be held at the nearest post office. You can then collect it with a delivery notice.

If your order has not yet been shipped , please contact us immediately at support@italiancharms.fr so we can change the address. If you have already received a shipping confirmation email , unfortunately it will no longer be possible to change it.

Our bracelets and charms are made of stainless steel , which means they are water resistant. However, to preserve their shine, avoid contact with sea salts, cosmetics, and perfumes . If you wear them at the beach or in the shower, rinse them with clean water and dry them thoroughly after each exposure.

No, all our bracelets and charms are made of hypoallergenic, nickel-free stainless steel to minimize the risk of allergies.

Our bracelets are fully adjustable and fit any wrist . Simply add or remove links to achieve the perfect fit.

Here's a guide to help you choose:

• Small wrist (14-15 cm) → 15-16 links
• Medium wrist (16-17 cm) → 17-18 links
• Large wrist (18-19 cm) → 19-20 links

Each charm added increases the size of the bracelet , so if you buy 17 charms , you immediately get a complete bracelet.

If you already have a compatible bracelet, you can order charms only. However, if you don't have a bracelet yet, you'll need to add one to your order unless you're purchasing at least 17 charms . In this case, you'll be given a blank bracelet to create your own!

The adjustment tool is not mandatory, but highly recommended . Adjusting links can be tricky without this tool, especially for beginners. It saves time and prevents damage to your bracelet when assembling it.

We offer a money-back guarantee . If your jewelry does not suit you, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt . Once the product has been received and checked in perfect condition (never worn) , we will proceed to a full refund of the item.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and we require proof of shipment by email. Sale or free jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged. If your order included a bundle offer (e.g., a free bracelet for every 10 charms purchased), the entire bundle must be returned for a full refund .

Contact us at support@italiancharms.fr for the return procedure. The item must be returned in its original condition.

Carefully package your jewelry, attach the return slip , and ship it. Once received and verified, we will process your refund.
